Account & Contact Information: Name, business name, email address, and (optionally) mobile phone number when you register for a CloudWinks account, configure multi-factor authentication, or request a walkthrough.
Application & Usage Data: Records, configuration definitions, authentication logs, IP addresses, and security telemetry generated when authorized users access a CloudWinks application.
SMS Consent Records: If you opt in to SMS notifications, we log the mobile number provided, timestamp, opt-in source, and consent status, as well as any STOP or HELP keywords received.

2. How We Use Information

To authenticate users, deliver one-time verification codes (2FA/OTP), and send account security alerts and transactional notifications.
To operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the CloudWinks platform and customer applications.

Strict Non-Sharing of Mobile & SMS Consent Data

No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with telecommunications providers and messaging aggregators strictly as necessary to deliver the transactional SMS messages you have requested.

4. Data Sharing & Service Providers

We do not sell personal information. We use infrastructure and communications processors (such as cloud hosting, email delivery, and SMS carrier routing) solely to operate CloudWinks on our behalf under confidentiality and data-protection obligations, or when required by applicable law.

5. Data Security & Retention

We use TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and per-application schema isolation to safeguard account and application records. Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, honor opt-out preferences, and comply with legal obligations.
