These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the CloudWinks website (cloudwinks.com), software platform, and related messaging services operated by Kalarama Farm LLC, 510 North Walnut St., Springfield, KY 40069 ("CloudWinks", "we", "us"). By accessing CloudWinks or enrolling in CloudWinks notifications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Platform & Acceptable Use

CloudWinks provides a definitions-driven business software framework and hosted application services. Authorized users must keep login credentials confidential, provide accurate account details, and not misuse, probe, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to any CloudWinks service or schema.

2. CloudWinks SMS Messaging Program Terms

• Program Name: CloudWinks Alerts & Verification (operated by Kalarama Farm LLC).
• Program Description & Message Types: When you voluntarily opt in via our SMS Opt-In form or your CloudWinks account security settings, we send transactional text messages including one-time verification codes (2FA/OTP), login and security alerts, and account/service notifications from +1 (888) 532-5220. Consent to receive SMS is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your login activity, verification requests, and configured alerts.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel SMS delivery at any time by texting STOP to +1 (888) 532-5220 (or replying STOP to any message). After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will receive no further SMS messages unless you opt in again.

• Carrier Disclaimer: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Intellectual Property

The CloudWinks framework, build pipeline, documentation, logos, and site content remain the property of Kalarama Farm LLC and its licensors. Customer data entered into a customer's application remains the property of that customer.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

CloudWinks public pages and evaluation environments are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalarama Farm LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or messaging services.
